Jiang Zhu, from the Exchange Edge Server team, has posted an interesting blog entry and related utility on the Exchange Team blog regarding End2End Message Delivery Latency (how long it takes Exchange 2007 to deliver a message) and Server Latency (how long it takes a server to process a message.
