Now that we are all over the initial shock of the x64 only news for Exchange 2007.  We now see that there are huge performance increases that will be had by the switch to 64bit.  Chris Mitchell blogged about how the Exchange team was able to achieve 70% fewer IOs with Exchange 2007 and increasing the amount of RAM in a server.
