HP is offering a pretty trade-in program to get companies to x64 capable servers.  Discounts range from 1-25% off list price. 

Qualified trade-in servers include any HP e3000, Sun UNIX, Intel-based, or AMD-based HP/Compaq or competitor servers with processor speeds ranging from 486 to Pentium 300MHz and above.

Eligible purchase ProLiant servers include the following:

 

BL20p, BL25p, BL30p, BL35p, BL40p, BL45p, BL460c, BL480c
·  HP DL140, DL145, DL320, DL360, DL380, DL380 Cluster, DL385, DL560, DL580, DL585, DL740, DL760
·  HP ML110, ML150, ML310, ML330, ML350, ML370, ML530, ML570

Eligible trade-in rebate percentage is based on a combination of the processor speed of the trade-in unit and the ProLiant model being purchased. The range is between 1%-25% of the Internet List Price or special pricing of the base ProLiant server.
