It doesn't seem catastrophic but after installing IE7 (which is being pushed out with Windows Update as a critical patch), it could cause ESM to crash when you try to open Exchange help. The reason is that IE7 installs a newer version of psapi.dll. For instructions to fix this problem take a look at the Microsoft KB article.
