The rumor is that Ops Manager 2007 will be officially released next week at MMS 2007. 

However you can download a fresh 180 day evaluation edition today!  The build number of this evaluation is 06.0.5000.0.  Of note, the evaluation version does not include a management pack for Exchange 2007.  We can safely assume since Exchange 2007 and Ops Manager 2007 are important products for Microsoft that a management pack would be forthcoming.
