When clients connect using Outlook 2007 to our Exchange 2007 server the OAB is not being updated. New mail users are not showing up. I've got the scheduling for OAB to update every night between 1am and 5am, and I know the GAL is alright, OWA picks up the new names just fine.
Outlook is in cache mode, and it's not working. Take Outlook OUT of Cache mode and it works fine. Any ideas?
When in cached mode do you get errors in the sync log that would indicate a problem? Also, are you able to see other users free/busy information from the Outlook 2007 clients?

Are you getting any errors when the OAB is generated on the server?
