Have an issue with some spam getting through that does not get tagged as spam.  The thrid party filters do not catch it, the score on them is really low.  The spam also gets through only once and then the domain name changes.  Is it worth installing the antispam agents to use as another additional filter?  If so is there anything that i need to watch out for when installing or uninstalling if they appear to be useless?  The subjects look harmless for the most part.  The body is usually really short and to the point.

Any help would be great.

I really can't hurt to enable it. Since no one application can catch everything a indepth defense can help. You will want to set the SCLs high to start and then review and start reducing the number until you have it tweaked properly for the e-mail that your organization recieves.

Can I ask what are you using for your main anti-spam filtering now?
