Information Store Won't Start

If I select an account to use instead of using the Local Sytem Account I get the following error:
The Microsoft Exchange Information Store service terminated with service-specific error 0 (0x0).

I created an account called svc_exch and it is part of the following groups:
Backup Operators, Domain Admins, Domain Users, Enterprise Admins, Exchange Domain servers, Replicatios, Schema Admins

This account will work for Microsoft Exchange Management service and Microsoft Exchange MTA Stacks
I am obviously missing something so any help is appreciated.

Is the computer account in the Exchange Domain Servers Group?

Has anything changed that might have caused this?

You may want to 1) rerun setup /forestprep and setup /domainprep and then 2) rerun the latest service pack installation.
