Hi Everyone,

I had the problem of the calender issue, please look into the issue and help me

ISSUE: when mailbox is full user's are not able to delete the calender entires, users are able to delete the all the folders in the outlook 2003

except the calender entries or items.

example : if the user's mailbox size limit was 12MB

Users get an alert when the mailbox size is 8MB

users can only recive the mail 10MB

after 12 MB user could not able to recive and send the mails .

I need the solution user's themselves can delete the calender entries or items.

we right now  the deleting the calender entries by using the utility MBDviewer 32 and MFCclient.

we tried the some  of the basic and medium level approach to the deleting the calender entries, but it is not able to delete the calender entries.

when we delete or shift delete it is not happening and also not moving the caledner entries to other folders.

If anybody knows the solution , please mail me and my email Id :ksrugi25@gmail.com

Thanks in advance

Regards,

ksrugi

Can they delete other items in their mailbox? If they delete other items, then wait a couple of minutes, can they then delete items out of their calendar?
