Mails generating from An application from my domain is going to the junk emails in all user's outlook.

Hi All,

Mails generating from An application from my domain is going to the junk emails in all user's outlook. which should not be because it is of my domain emails.

Please help to let me know that if we can do something at exchange end or application end to get rid of.

I am using exchange server 2003 and application server is oracle server. outlook version is 2003.

Hi, Could you please let me know when your application generating a automail what subject it is taking ??? It can help us alot to provide u a solution.

Are you using IMF or any other antispam software? If you are using IMF, you may need to add your application server to the server allow list, which will keep the server from assigning a SCL to the messages from that server.

Hi Joel,

The server name is already in the accept list in global accept and deny list configuration under connection filtering tab.

Are you sending from the same email address? Are you running any additional client-based antispam?

Dgrading the SCL rating from IMF would be the solution.
