Hi,
we are in citrix enviroment and are using the archive server for archiving the mails of the user on that server. we do not want any user to archive the mails manually. as they will archive the mails on the server on which they are logged in. and on next day they wil log in to different server and will lose there mails.
( we created the .prf file through ORK )
So bottom line is to remove the archive tab from outlook.
You can disable this by changing the registry. This KB should point you in the right direction. Since you are using at least Outlook 2003 you will need to change the version number listed in the kb.
