Hi Hamrahi, It could be a duplicate email recepient issue. I am not sure. Is the mail sent by the sender or it is coming automarically ??? Regards Mihir

Hi Mihir

Thanks for your reply

I am sure there is no duplicate email.the NDR is generating automatically.

Hi,

It seems a virus generating mails. Please scan these client machines.. Also check with your database if you could found any looping there..

Regards

Mihir

If the sender, recipient or subject are the same, I would create a transport rule to drop messages that meet that requirement. If these users are not sending these emails the messages are most likely the result of virus activitiy.

You will want to make sure all of the clients and servers in your environment have been scanned for viruses, however it doesn't have to be someone inside your organization that is sending these virus emails, it just needs to be someone that has the e-mail addresses of these people.
