Redirect mailbox to POP3

Is it possible to redirect all incoming mails of an exchange 2003 account to a specific pop3 mailbox?

If so... how do you do it?

Can you be more specific on what you want to do? Do you want all mail to any address to go to one mailbox? You can see how to do that here: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/324021
