Another Update for the Oulook 2003 Junk-mail filter

Microsoft released an updated junk-mail filter rule set for Outlook 2003 last night (January 11, 2005). 

These rules will help Outlook 2003 more accurately identify and tag spam (UCE) for the specific Oulook user.
